We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we’ve created a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Our goal is to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your outdoor furniture purchase.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your outdoor furniture items. This gives you adequate time to inspect and ensure the products meet your needs and expectations.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be in original condition – unused, unassembled, and undamaged
• All original packaging and tags must be present and intact
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required
• Items must be returned in their original shipping boxes when possible

Step-by-Step Return Process

1. Contact Our Customer Service: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Provide Order Information: Include your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange
3. Receive Return Authorization: We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
4. Package Your Items: Carefully repackage the items in their original packaging
5. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at:

6. Confirmation: We’ll notify you once we receive and process your return

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

• Refund Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
• Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) – refunded to your card
  • PayPal – refunded to your PayPal account
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or defective product

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product:

1. Follow the same return process outlined above
2. Clearly indicate in your return request that you want an exchange
3. Specify the replacement item you prefer from our collection
4. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the returned item
5. Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Assembled outdoor furniture
• Used or soiled items
• Items with missing parts or damaged packaging
• Custom or special order items
• Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at time of purchase)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Provide photos of the damage or defect
• We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
• In some cases, we may request return of the damaged item
