Returns & Exchanges Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and documentation must be present and intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Items should be returned in their original shipping boxes whenever possible.
Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on assembled, used, or soiled items, or those with missing or damaged packaging. Custom orders, final sale, and clearance items are also non-returnable.

Refund Processing
